thrifty finds and creative nails

well, the weekend was a success. the weather had been ugly over the week and then turned beautiful as if it knew it was going to be a weekend and that i wanted to do stuff outside. me and mom created a little garden for greens and i mowed the lawn. the sun was so intensive that i got sunburnt which i hope will turn into a tan soon. the mosquitos are not even worth mentioning. it was a good time after all.

before all that, we went thrifting with mom. again. here are some cool finds.

 i was so happy to find these super sweet tablemat kind of things.... for hot pots and stuff you know. they look so pretty and do their job well!

i bought these two bags just because. notice that the top one in the second picture is an original by paolo gucci. for realz.....

now... this is the coolest thing i have found in a while. it looks like a huge grandma jacket but i am going to turn it into something way cooler. don´t know what yet. the pattern is so much fun!

random, but i wanted to show what i did to my nails sunday evening. i though i would try out how newspaper would work and guess what.... it kind of did! they put stickers and other crap on nails anyway... so they were kind of like newsaper patterned stickers. ask me if it was easy! well, it was.

and to finish off, here is what i did just yesterday. so very random and kind of reminds me of halloween... [notice my swedish flag that i got for free in the background!]

today´s highlight of the day was when i was announced that i had gotten 98 points out of 100 on the estonian exam/essay we had on monday. i beat the best student in class just by one point, WHOA! yes, yes, i have got some language skills, hahah. but i seriously am glad that i can actually write good [acceptable]essays [in estonian].
