fresh

other than all that, it has been quite calm... i am just continuously waiting for spring to arrive. i have also been working on some stuff for myself to wear, like i said i would. perhaps i will get some good pictures of the work to post soon. [which leads me back to the fact that i need a better camera.. not talking about the film one, but the crappy little digital one i own] and now that i mentioned the film camera.. i still need to get the film-that-has-been-sitting-inside-the-camera-for-way-too-long developed. i don´t even remember what i have been taking pictures of.. so that is a must do in the near future.

i have to let the world know that it is possible not to speak to your mother for a week while living in the same house. it worked in this house. hehe, might sound a little weird, but yeah... we had a really unpleasant disagreement that i did not feel guilty about. so i just wouldn´t talk to her. she wasn´t trying to get me to talk to her either... hahaha. so the feeling was quite mutual. i was mad, she was mad. not a big deal. so, after a week of awkward silence she finally came to me and asked what had been going on. and then i actually told her how i had felt about the fight, and that i hadn´t done anything wrong. that is why i wasn´t willing to go and start a talk first... i wanted her to realize that it isn´t always the children who make mistakes. of course she had her theory, but i won anyway. hehee.. not judging my mom here at all, but there are times when such things happen. we are now at peace.

moving on. yesterday was a good day. i was left alone in the house [the brother doesn´t count, hahah], because my sisters had to play at a volleyball match. i was the one to make the dinner! it was my idea and turned out very nice. we had penne-macaroni dish with creamy cheese sauce, plus american style apple pie with vanilla ice cream. yum!

i also have applied for some possible summer jobs. i am hoping to get one for sure. this summer should not pass me just like the last one did.. no way! we are making this one a good one.
