i am so positively minded right now. weird. i wonder what is the reason. anyhow, i just got done ironing a shi.....t load (had to say it, haha) of silk fabric for my wedding thingy. no, i am not getting married. an observant reader of this blog knows what is up. but i am feeling really good about this. only.... the deadline is getting closer and closer. i have practically a week left for 2 pieces to be finished. it may sound like i am whining over the lack of time all the time, but actually i am not, because i do work along with all the other crap i do. so no whining here at all, just reminding myself that i need to keep doing what i do. so that´s that.

the positively mindedness (if that makes sense...) made me think of all the good stuff that i actually am surrounded by. there might not be tons of it, but there is enough. not even going to throw it all out here, but i know i have so much to look forward to. as old as it might sound.

i am also planning on going to a blood drive next tuesday. it is the least i can do to make the world a better place. hell yes to saving the earth!

i have to share the following. i think it probably is the best purchase i have ever made in a second hand /thrift store. only i had to fix it to the right size. i almost always have to when i buy stuff from those places. and guess what! i got it for 5 krones (crowns? whatevs.) (less than half a dollar).

 

since i already started bragging about the best buys i might as well add one more. i got this  sweet bag  from a second hand store ages ago already, but never really used it. i had it with me when i went to the US, but the zipper thingy broke on the way. so it spent the whole year in my closet, and i just fixed it some months ago. and yeah, it looks like a carry-on globe! 

i just figured that more than half my wardrobe is from those places.. i can´t really recall the last time i bought something brand new to wear. probably the pair of boots last november. say yes to re-use!
