let´s make it clear

i mentioned something about me taking part of this design competition a few posts ago. just to clear that out now.

as we all know, i like sewing. i really do. i have been kind of designing and making clothes pretty much as far as i can remember. starting with dolls in the beginning, then moving on to myself. there has been plenty of failures, but lately i have managed to come off with some stuff that i can actually wear, such as dresses, tops, and i often give new look to old items that i get from second hand stores. there is a lot to play around with.

about this competition. the official name is moepeatus (Fashion Stop), and the goal (requirement!) is to get the designers re-use old items for creating new ones. no themes are given. at least four outfits is to be made. then find models, and get on the stage! the exact due date has not been set up yet, but will fit somewhere in january of 2011.

i feel good about doing this. i have never gone out there to show what i can do, and now i have got a chance. there are around 20 other competitors to look out for, but i am ready to kick some ass. here we go!
