today was my last first day of high school. yes, i am a senior [again!]. i had to do a speech at the assembly, blaaaah. even though i am comfortable with doing speeches and speaking up in public, i prefer to talk about something that i know about or am interested in. the history of schools in our town doesn´t really appeal to me. and oh, i was also the chosen one to do a speech at the official opening of the school year in town as well. boooo! i did okay though.
looking back at the month of august - i am so so surprised! i am talking blogger wise. the pink sky blog[i have been calling it that rather than the actual title for some reason..] hit 1391 views in august! it might mean nothing to those who have been blogging for years, but to a beginner this is great [well, compare it to july where it was just 875]! i am not into numbers that much, but this really made me glad. there really are some that find my blog interesting and keep coming back [also..welcome, new follower!].
looking forward, i don´t know how difficult, easy, fun or exhausting this year is going to be, but i will do my best keeping the blog going. it has a meaning to me, i am pretty much writing down my life here, without getting too personal though so everyone feels comfortable reading it. of course i will keep updating about everything that i create, not so sure about outfit posts, pretty sure about daily happenings, ideas and thoughts.
after all, i am not a tad bit sad that summer has come to an end. come on, there will be many more. i already started feeling stupid, now school can finally do someting about it.
