do it yourself > ruffled layered skirt out of an old long grandma skirt
i promised one a long time ago back when i shared pictures of the purple flowery dress. i even made another one for my friend and took pictures of the proccess but decided to do the tutorial in a more fun way. here it is.
this is a fantastic project! Never thought to add back on the bottom of the skirt to make ruffles, I usually recycle my scraps into rosettes, bows, etc. This is great!
