birthday morning

brother´s birthday morning was a success. he wasn´t as grumpy as he usually is. i feel like documenting the event on here.

i made caramel popcorn. it is so easy and sooo delicious. i used brown sugar and whipping cream [not whipped cream!] for the caramel. brought the mixture to a boil, then added some butter, and let it sit to cool down a little [otherwise popped corn will shrink].

then popped corn in microwave [you can do it the old school way as well] and just mixed it with the caramel. i spread the mixture on an oven pan and baked for about 10 minutes. that way it got all crispy.

i also designed a t-shirt  for my brother :] he put it on right away.
